T3 turbo, Custom Manifold, external open dump wastegate, 3 inch exhaust, 550cc injectors, FMIC, 8psi.

Picking up a T3 tomarrow, will finish the manifold after i order a flange and the wastegate.

Then i need to order a FMIC and Piping, injectors.

Then in it goes.

my coolant burns.

i replaced the radiator, the thermostat and the thermostat housing gasket.

WHAT COULD IT BE, it still gets really close to overheating, but have not let it get past 3 quarters of the Engine temp gauge but it would get there if i let it.

any ideas?

I know what im doing with my car now.

OK i came to the conclusion my car is not gonna get any more power unless i get a engine swap so this is what i plan on doing with it. work on the interior and exterior. getting front and rear black leather seats. (there mint) getting it PROFESSIONALLY painted black (the right way) lol getting kyb agx's and spring brand is undecided, (want to lower it about a inch and a half). getting dark tint. getting my s200 hid's (today!!) getting camber kit for front and rear oh and then ...

the guy wants 2 thousand obo.

it has 160k on it and stock engine.

Only things he has done is a new paint job/some new wheels & Tires.

1994 honda civic/ 2dr ex. power everything, even a sunroof, AC & Heat ,,,,,,completley stock. the guy who is selling it is like 35+ he has kept it maintained and is the only owner. he wants 2000 but im giving him 1800 because of the fees for the tag & insurance & ect. the only thing is that the paint is faded and cracked everywhere but whatever it does not bother me. oh and it has 155,000 miles =/ butttt, i got it checked by a good mechanic and he says everything ...
